Song Joong Ki is a North Korean refugee. Thanks to his mother Ok-Hee ( Kim Sung-Ryoung ), he came to an unknown Belgian country from North Korea . He wants to settle down, but his only hope is that he will get refugee status from the Belgian government. He’s struggling to get it. LOH Ki- meets Mari (Choi Sung-Eun). He used to be Korean,but now he has Belgian citizenship. He was a killer in his past. Unlike LOH Ki-Llogara, who came to Belgium to live a new life, Mari has no reason to live. At their first meeting, they have an unpleasant experience, but fall in love with each other.
